Admission to the Association

Admission to the Association

If you meet the conditions below, and if your application is approved by a monthly meeting of the Board of Directors, you will be admitted to the Association. For further information, please fill out and send JPEA’s inquiry form.

1.Membership requirements

(1)Regular Members
In principle, general partners and advisors of limited liability investment partnerships, investment funds, and similar entities whose primary purpose is private equity activities (i.e., achieving dynamic corporate management through investments accompanied by active management support and the provision of management resources, thereby comprehensively realizing the interests of all stakeholders, including employees), and who have a base in Japan, are actively engaged in business within Japan, and are capable of communicating fluently in Japanese.

(2)Supporting Members
Corporations, organizations, or individuals that support the objectives of the Association and are willing to cooperate in its activities, and that have a base in Japan, are actively engaged in activities within Japan, and are capable of communicating fluently in Japanese.

2.Membership fee

(1)Admission fee
Regular Members: 300,000 yen, Supporting Members: 100,000 yen

(2)Annual fee
Regular Members: 300,000 yen, Supporting Members: 100,000 yen
